Friday flowers - soggy roses

I couldn't not do Friday Flowers so I ventured outside this morning and this is what I found.

Some very soggy David Austin Benjamin Britten roses.

It has been raining all week and they're very droopy.

I still think they're gorgeous.

Friday flowers

Two images of a gorgeous ruffly old rose taken by my friend Leonie on our quick visit to the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens the other day. I checked out Peter Cundall's vegie garden (a tv gardening personality for those of you OS) and was happy to see that it looks similar to the one here at Molly's Maison ie not much happening.
