Friday Flowers .... Winter Roses







Beautiful, dark winter roses, or hellebores, for the end of our winter (feeling very wintry today).
The colour is amazing!

  2. beautiful photos of the hellebores. have you seen the new one, it's called "ivory" white underneath and dusty pink on top? smaller flowers but very plentiful.

  3. I keep on being reminded of all the lovely plants I left behind in my last house...hellebores included. They are so lovely and I really like this colour. Feet up with a glass of wine tonight I think!

  8. Hola Sarah, aren´t helleboros a great joy for our winter time?? They are such lovelies!!!! Here in Chile it`s winter too!
    I would like to wish you great strenght in the renovation process you are now, gosh!! I have gone through this and believe me, I know what it means!!!!

  14. Helleborus it is and in purple mmmm. "Winterrozen" You are getting towards spring and we towards fall. It remains akward somehow these opposite seasons. Wanted to thank you Sarah for your lovely remark about my picture on Kerry's blog. xxx
