A Fruity Friday.....Pomegranates







Dad gave me some pomegranates and instead of looking up recipes, I took photos of them. The colours and textures are amazing! I ttv photographed them on my lovely Spode Blue Italian plate. I liked the contrast of textures and colour.
Have a great Friday bloggies - looks like being cold here in Tassie but clear and sunny. I like winter days like these.

  6. I think pomegranates are such intriguing fruits - I bought one a while back when I saw it at the fruit and veg market but then I didn't quite know what to do with it :) Lovely photos and love your plate! Enjoy the weekend x

  7. Alomost forget that it is winter there.....but here...it is toooooo hot !!! 34 degrees!! not good for dutch peoples....hahahha!!

  14. Hi sarah, I love pomegranates for being so tasty, but also for being such a challenge to eat and so crazy looking! Absolutely one of the most interesting fruits, just made to be photographed on your pretty plate..
    I think Tassie and WA are having the same weather at the moment.. weird hey? So a frosty sunny weekend for us both!
