Studio details

I'm still tidying and sorting out my studio room but here are a few snippets...

Lovely French lace (a great Ebay find) and below is my fantastic Penny Malone 'button'. It is hand stencilled linen and looks like a giant covered button. I just love it. Penny is a local Tassie artist.

Lots of books and my recent little purchase, a glass dome.

I'm really loving the pale blue wall colour, all those shelves and the chandelier.
A few more bits to organise and tidy up and waiting on the delivery of a rug. Oh, and the curtains! I'm planning on making some, maybe over my Christmas break :)
xx
ps still decorating so Chrissy posts to come!

  3. I'm sorry, that is too gorgeous to be a studio, you know, one where work is done, mess is made, threads go flying & products are created, it's perfection!! Jealous!! I've been buying storage all year for my end-of-year-tidy-up-why-do-i-let-my-studio-get-so-messy-mania!! Well done, love Posie

  9. Oh, Sarah! How absolutely divine. And how lucky you are to have a studio. Sigh. And the blue makes me swoon. Pure prettiness, Lovely. Did you get the baskets from Howard's Storage World? I need to get Planet Baby's art supplies sorted out and they would be perfect.

  17. It is looking so good Sarah, I love all your blues, it must be so so great to have this space for all your things. I like your dome too, I've been thinking i might 'need' a dome/cloche! The ones at the drill hall have been tempting me but aren't in my spending budget right now : ) Hope you had a lovely weekend x
