The Destructathon

Molly thanks you all for your sweet birthday wishes in the last post. She had an exciting time, though the weather was too horrible for a fun outing (plus I was stuck at work all weekend). She had some more pressies to open yesterday and I fear we have created a monster as the first thing she did this morning was go looking for more pressies!
We often refer to the little girl as our "Destructathon". She is just so good at wrecking her toys. She rarely ever keeps any of them in one piece. Lyn's parents brought her around the pink pig and Molly set about destructing it. At least she has a nice time!
Have a great week friends!
xx

  1. Oh Gus is exactly the same. It only takes a couple of minutes for him to completely destroy a toy! At least Molly had fun.

  2. I know exactly how you feel. I little fur babies love destroying toys too. Although they do have a bucket full of them, so I rotate them for maximum 'destructednist' ;-)

  4. Ha, ha. Out two are the same, they love to rip eyes off, and any tags etc.
I couldn't help but tease them on the weekend. A couple of years ago I bought some toy rats from IKEA. They were quite cute.
Nigella once found a dead mouse, and during our mice plague earlier this year she was very proud of snuffling their hiding places out.
So I put the rats on the window sill next to the window seat and asked Nigella to find the mice. She ran over and nervously sniffed them from about a metre away. She thought they were real! I don't think she could work out why I was calmly sitting there whilst 3 massive mice were happily resting on our window sill. We let her have one and she took it over to Rob in order to get a treat! Claudia did the same just to get the treat. They looked so funny with the tails hanging out!

  6. I'm only just starting to experience the destruction of dogs : ) but they have so much fun it's impossible to say no. Jerry loves pinecones right now, do much more exciting than his store toys. Hope you had a great weekend (and Molly too!) x
