All the pretty ranunculus are starting to bloom out in the garden.
They're one of my absolute favourite flowers.
The apple blossom is looking so pretty too.
I'm impressed by the quantity of it as well :)
Two varieties of apple here, one is Cox's Orange and the other is Lady in the Snow.
I like to take photographs from different angles, whether it be looking up, looking down on a subject, crouching or climbing to take a shot. It's nice to get a different perspective. Of course it would be nicer if one had a DSLR, but I won't whinge again :)
Must be time to borrow the camera from work again though.
Did you notice the nice blue sky? That's what inspired these pics as I was laying on my back staring up and just thought how pretty it was .Any excuse to take a photo! Of course that was the other day, today is all gloomy and grey!
Happy Friday - have a good one friends :)
xx
Beautiful flowers...lovely weekend.....hugs for Molly...love for you...xxx...
ReplyDeleteHappy friday to you too Sarah, grey and gloomy and wet here too. The apple blossom is divine.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Sarah!!! I think I should buy some ranunculus for our front garden, they are so pretty! Jxx
ReplyDeleteLovely photos Sarah. Hmmm, lying on the ground looking at blue sky. I hope that happens here sooner rather than later. It's been a pretty grim spring so far. Love your blossom trees. I need to plant one in the small front garden. Do you have any suggestions?
ReplyDeletewhat gorgeous shots!!! It will be a while before we see flowering trees here. I'm glad that I can enjoy yours!
ReplyDeleteThey are my favourite flowers too and your blossom are very pretty as well. The first thing I noticed in your shots was that amazing blue sky!! Hope you're able to enjoy more sunny skies over the weekend x
ReplyDeleteSarah, your photos are gorgeous, as always! I love the different angles and the colour of the sky is amazing (especially as we have not had any blue sky here for 2 weeks now!). Thanks for sharing your beautiful pics. Hope you have a wonderful weekend ~ xx
ReplyDeletebeautiful as always......i love the brightness of the blue in the background ....simply stunning.....xx
ReplyDeletethe sky was so beautiful earlier in the week. Like you we're hoping for a bountiful apple harvest this year...lovely photos hope you have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe sky in your pictures is amazing. It actually reminds me of a Cairns sky, so blue and close. The skies here in brissie have been a bit blah and dull lately. I so got your comment about your sheets, they remind me of a bit like a doll that is no longer played with. I didnt say in my post but I always talk to the furniture when we move it to reassure it as to what is happening....I'm a worry I know, he he, have a lovely weekend, xx Katherine
ReplyDeleteI had to use anon as I can't comment for some reason with google..aargh! xx theoldboathouse, Katherine

ReplyDeleteYour photo's are stunning Sarah. I always love fresh flowers for the weekend. Hope you had a great Sunday! Axx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pics! For quick point and shoot, I often choose my phone over DSLR anyway. Hipstamatic and similar have a knack of making the everyday look gorgeous in a way I've not yet mastered with the camera. Case in point right here!
