The pumpkin vines are taking over. They're seeds I kept out of a nice pumpkin we had for dinner mid last year so I hope these little fellas are nice too...

Woo hoo!! Finally the tomatoes are showing fruit!! I have no idea what variety most of them are - I don't care so long as they grow and taste nice. I think this one below had self-seeded in a pot plant that Dad brought over for me...
I've been eating butter beans for a few weeks now and have some frozen as well. I made a lovely recipe from them the other night... ( I just used frozen corn and rocket instead of watercress)
I am finding it all so rewarding and lots of fun too. My sister is growing a Giant Pumpkin so hopefully I can post a pic of that too when it grows nice and big.

Then we need to get in the plasterers to even up the ceiling which is currently very uneven and crooked. Then we will need new cornice, replace the skirting, install new lighting and power points, sand windows and paint throughout.
