Hi folks, I have been awol for a few days. Can you tell where I have been?
Of course it's Sydney. Actually I went to Newcastle NSW for the weekend to visit Lyn who is up there doing some work.
I stopped off in Sydney for a few hours to do a spot of shopping. Boy, it was hot, especially when I was running around like a crazy woman. I had fun though. Three hours north on the train I was in Newcastle. It was so good to see Lyn!
We had some fun and I saw some lovely sights so I'm going to break them down into a few posts as I took a lot of pics (shock horror). I hope you like seeing them :)
xx
Sounds like it was fun. Can't wait to see your pics. xx
ReplyDeleteGlad you had fun. Can't wait to see your pics. I know nothing about Newcastle or Sydney (aside from the Opera House and what I saw on the Real World).
ReplyDeleteso you came up to the Big Smoke, next time let me know and i'll catch the train in and we can have a cuppa together. I don't remember it being hot on the weekend tho, just pleasantly Autumn.
ReplyDeleteGlad you have fun and I can't wait to see your gorgeous photos. Have to admit I have never been to Newcastle!

ReplyDeleteStill enjoying the sunshine up at Beauty Point today, and hopefully for our last few days in Tas. We have loved our tour around your beautiful state, and even though I am a die hard W.A girl, I can see how people fall in love with Tassie!
